Short reviews: Duncan Fellows - Fresh Squeezed (Official Video)

I discovered this fascinating underrated jewel while I was messing around in reverberation to look up some inspiration. Duncan Fellows is an Alternative Rock band originally from Austin whose music is definitely could fit with the SXSW criteria. Their most recent music video 'Fresh Squeezed' is an excellent way to give an introduction to the band's album 'Both Sides of the Calling.' The sense of humor in the music video is spot on because lets the song shine and make it more memorable. The fact that the band is having fun by playing around with the green background and reminds me of one those movies that show a type of hallucination by a particular kind of substance. Overall, the instrumentation is well done and has a little bit of a vampire weekend vibe meets MGMT. If you are a fan of indie/alternative genre, you will like Duncan Fellows because they bring something familiar but yet new and enjoyable.
